Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Territory Supervisor will oversee our team of part-time and full-time employees in each location, offer support to location managers on daily basis - Total number of locations : 6DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Visit each location and make sure the location is Clean , Organized , Sales associates and managers in Uniform.Search for new employees ( Managers & Sales Associates )Train new employees as per the company's Training Material & GuidelinesMotivate all team members to deliver friendly, efficient and effective customer serviceReinforce all safety and compliance proceduresEnsure top notch customer service through effective employee training and schedulingReview and maintain inventory proceduresDevelop and manage proper stocking and inventory procedures with location managersOversee the schedule in each location
