Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations assist internal teams and ensure a positive experience for staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills front-desk and customer service experience and proven administrative capabilities supported by prior roles at organizations such as Rocky Mountain Consulting Group Boulder Community Center and The Coffee Spot. Candidates with a business administration backgroundsuch as a degree from the University of Colorado Boulderare highly encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support Provide administrative and scheduling support similar to duties performed at Rocky Mountain Consulting Group (2021Present) including calendar coordination meeting logistics and managing internal documentation. Prepare reports communications and office documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems ensuring accuracy and completeness. Assist with employee onboarding processes and new-hire documentation reflecting experience supporting internal workflows in previous administrative roles.Front Desk & Customer Service Professionally greet and assist employees clients and visitors drawing from reception experience at Boulder Community Center (). Handle incoming calls emails and inquiries ensuring appropriate routing and timely follow-up. Manage check-ins appointment scheduling and general reception tasks. Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment consistent with prior roles at The Coffee Spot ().Operational & Event Support Assist with coordination of internal meetings team events workshops and small organizational gatherings. Support office supply management inventory tracking and workspace organization. Maintain a clean efficient and welcoming office environment for staff and visitors. Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs similar to duties performed across previous positions.Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related fieldsuch as a BBA from the University of Colorado Boulder (Class of 2019). 13 years of experience in administrative support customer service office coordination or reception including roles with: Rocky Mountain Consulting Group (2021Present) Boulder Community Center () The Coffee Spot () Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and standard office technology. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational multitasking and time-management abilities.Preferred Qualifications Experience assisting with community events office activities or public-facing programssimilar to event support at Boulder Community Center. CPR certification and/or Food Handlers Permit (as reflected on the candidates resume).
