Test Automation Software Engineer at OSI Engineering

A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is looking for a Test Automation Software Engineer to join their dynamic team! Primary responsibility of this role is to triage, support, and enhance automated testing suites focusing on performance metrics. Ideal candidate will have a background in Python development, Unix system debugging. Job Responsibilities: • Support, maintain, and improve automation suites dedicated to collecting performance metrics using Python • Triage test failures and anomalies, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions • Contribute to the development of new features that facilitate better performance tracking and reporting using • Contribute addition performance infrastructure to automation suites Required Skills: • Data analysis and reporting • Unix command line experience • Apple Ecosystem expertise • Database / SQL experience • Low level system debugging • MacOS / iOS • Python • GIT/software version control Type: Contract Duration: 7 months with extension Work Location: Cupertino, CA (hybrid) Pay rate: $36.00 - $51.00 (DOE)
