Test Bay Tech at Curry Supply Company

The Test Bay Tech is responsible for conducting final truck assembly inspection prior to truck leaving premises. This role ensures all systems are fully functional, defects are identified and corrected, and units meet company quality standards before release. The Test Bay Tech works closely with Production and Quality to resolve issues efficiently and maintain on-time delivery commitments.

This position falls under the company's safety-sensitive category. Successful candidates must comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy and are subject to pre-employment, random, post-incident, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing.

Essential Duties

Performs a variety of duties to support Production as follows:

Tests and verifies operation of hydraulic systems including cranes, compressors, and hydraulic-driven water pumps.

Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues including 12-volt lighting and control systems.

Executes final test procedures using checklists or digital tools to ensure units meet company standards prior to release.

Records and verifies component serial numbers, pressure settings, and test results accurately on test documentation.

Identifies defects and works with Production and Quality to ensure all issues are corrected prior to shipment.

Coordinates with Production, Quality, and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of units.

Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area in accordance with company safety standards.

Communicates test results, issues, and status updates clearly and in a timely manner to supervisors and relevant teams.

Supports continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and providing feedback to improve build quality and test processes.

Ancillary Duties

Perform tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances.

First Shift- Monday through Friday

Compensation details: 25-27 Hourly Wage
