Amazon LEO will help close the digital divide by delivering fast affordable broadband to a wide range of customers including consumers businesses government agencies and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.As a test engineer you will support antenna in package production testing by performing simulation measurement and analysis to root cause production test issues and manage the performance and reliability of the antenna in package tester. Key job responsibilitiesAct as responsible engineer for RFIC product test plan and production testerWork with external test vendor to update and maintain production test hardwareDefine test hardware and software requirementsPerform design verification on new test hardwarePerform failure analysis and root cause manufacturing issues in productionCollaborate with multiple teams across software and hardware to align test plan to system requirements for full test coverageInterpret test results troubleshooting issues performing root-cause analysis for any test failures.Export Control Requirement:Due to applicable export control laws and regulations candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder) or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field- Experience with RF measurement equipment including: power meters spectrum analyzers vector signal generators network analyzers oscilloscopes- Experience with working with front end RFICs- Masters degree in Electrical or Communications Engineering or a related field- Strong knowledge on mmWave and OTA testing theories(conducted TX and RX parametric radio performance such as TRP TIS etc). The base pay for this position ranges from $129800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
