If youre ready to make a difference and thrive in a dynamic environment apply now and lets shape the future together!Roles and Responsibilities: KBR is seeking a mid-senior level Test Engineer/Analyst to provide technical and programmatic support to the T&E Directorate of the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office. This role is specifically focused on supporting the PATRIOT Ground Support Equipment (PGSE) Test Program including ongoing and long-range test planning activities.A test analyst in this position is expected to be self-motivated possessing strong written and verbal communications skills and support or lead the following events/items:Test plan and objectives developmentTest requirements developmentTest documentation preparation & reviewTest resources planning and coordinationTest scheduling Data collection & analysisPreparation of reports such as Quick-Look and final Test ReportsBrief test report resultsRequired Qualifications:US citizenship7 years T&E experience with Air and Missile Defense (AMD) systems such as PATRIOT IBCS & LTAMDSExperience supporting / leading radar ground and missile flight test missionsBS degree OR additional 8 years of experience in lieu of degreeSecret clearance or the ability to obtain oneAbility to travel up to 8 weeks per year (typical duration is no more than 2 weeks at a time)Preferred Qualifications: BS Engineering degreeExperience supporting/leading PATRIOT Radar ground and missile flight test missionsExperienced with System of System test operationsExperienced working the DoW Army acquisition process / guidance for testingAssist with and perform test research development and other customer-directed assignments in conformance with technical design engineering and customer specificationsExperience leading IPTs and WGsExperience developing and briefing technical material to senior leadership / stakeholdersExperience working within the Joint Analysis Test (JAT) team environmentExperience developing test plans and other supporting technical documentationExperience interpreting test objectives from system requirementsFamiliarity working within the Test Event Management Team (TEMT) constructAnalyzes system architecture and component and subassembly test plans to eliminate unnecessary redundancy and align capabilities across multiple programs and/or agenciesSupports design interpretation and analysis of technical solutions to complex discipline-specific T&E tasksFamiliar with radar modeling and simulationsExperience working on (applicable to ground and/or flight tests):Test plan designsTest resource requirementsTest scenariosPerformance analysisProduction qualification testingRequirements testingPost-mission test analysis and reportingExperience developing and briefing technical material to a broad audience in meetings such as Working Groups (WGs) Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) Technical Interchange Meetings Peer Reviews Test Readiness Reviews Program Management Reviews etc.Working knowledge of the DoW Army Acquisition process & Test and EvaluationBelong Connect and Grow at KBRAt KBR we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
