Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.00 or more an hour, depending on experience

What's a typical day as Test Operator? You'll be:
- Performing inspection, product-specific test set-up, and operation according to standard procedures
- Following detailed test procedures for electronic products, ensuring accuracy and reliability
- Entering test results into the quality system, interpreting diagnostics, and routing products efficiently
- Identifying and reporting defective components to uphold rigorous quality standards
- Assembling/programming circuit board assemblies as required and maintaining work cell accuracy
- Keeping your work area clean and participating in Quality team meetings as needed
- Following ISO and job-specific procedures and maintaining ESD integrity in the production environment
- Training other employees and fulfilling additional responsibilities as directed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bring 1+ years of experience in electronics, specifically in a test environment (preferred)
- Have knowledge of PCB assembly, component value identification, and component nomenclature
- Can follow procedures using written instructions, verbal guidance, and visual aids
- Possess basic computer and problem-solving skills and able to operate efficiently in a dynamic team environment
- Are willing to work flexible hours as necessary
- Understand ISO9001 standards and maintain compliance
- Meet US Person requirements as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 (required due to ITAR controlled data)
