TEST SBTutor- Math & Science Biology (Part-time) at Moraine Valley Community College

DutiesSupport the goals and mission of the college; provide quality one-to-one and small group tutoring to students. Follow guidelines and current tutoring philosophy including the pursuit of CRLA certification. Communicate with staff and coordinator/manager. Conduct small workshops as needed; audit classes as needed. Assist greeter with duties including scheduling and data collection.QualificationsTutors must be sensitive to the needs of students at all levels. Being able to coordinate efforts with other tutors/staff is a must along with having an excellent work ethic. Tutors must be willing to work in-person via college guidelines and online tutoring skills are expected. Specialty in Biology needed along with some knowledge of A & P Chemistry preferred; ability to coordinate efforts with specialists and faculty.
