Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummary:The position of Test technician will work with test department to develop, maintain, debug and test boards on the test equipment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform testing and troubleshooting electronic circuit boards using test equipment, schematics, procedures, engineering drawings, and written/verbal instructionTroubleshoot problems down to the component levels and root-causesRecommend changes and modification to improve quality of testsPerform preventative maintenance on ICT fixturesProvides technical assistance and leadership as neededRaise and review Technical Inquiries completed by department membersPass down any pertinent information from your shift to the next shiftOther duties may be assignedMinimum Qualifications: AA degree in electronicsMinimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industryAbility to interpret engineering documentation including schematic and block diagramsMust posses troubleshooting skills to the component level using basic test equipmentMust be detail oriented, thorough and well organizedMust be able to read, write, and communicate in English proficientlySkills:Possess and demonstrate good team relations skills Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and achieve goals and tasksMicrosoft Office experience
