DescriptionResponsibilities:Testing Knowledge in UL 857 and related standardsTest plan creation and update dailyStrict adherence to test SchedulingTest Sample follow upConducting various testing systematically with strict compliance to SOPReport Preparation Preparing various test reports and compiling report with utmost care and accuracyInteracting with all stake holders and ensuring the draft reports for certification testing has accurate information.General Ensuring OHSMS requirements as per ISO 45001 in lab (and within company)Ensuring EMS requirements as per ISO 14001 OHSMS in lab (and within company)Ensuring QMS requirements as per ISO 9001 in lab (and within company)Ensuring machines calibration safety checks in Lab.Machine & Tools inventory management in LabEnsuring 5S in the Test Lab at all timesPrompt feedback and corrections of any deviations.Manpower managementDocument management- Proper storage of Soft and Hard copy documentsStrict adherence to PBGs Equal opportunity cultural diversity fair treatment and prevention of harassment &-discrimination policies.Proactive Punctual attitude of getting things doneRequirements:Diploma in electrical engineering.2-3 years of experience in product testing in a lab environmentGood working experience in Excel sheet word and PowerPointAbility to work in a fast-paced work environment strong organizational skills.Good communication skills and influence with/without authorityPreferred Qualifications:Busbar or switchgear testing experience preferredGood knowledge about UL standards various UL standards preferredBilingual is a plus - English/SpanishEDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONSDiploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification or 4 years experience in lab testing if any other qualificationPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis work requires the person to be able to stand long hours and handle heavy partsSHIFT DEMANDS2nd shift position - Monday - Friday 4:30pm - 1:00am with overtime as needed.OUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety. .
