In this role, you’ll be on the floor with your laptop, tools in hand, testing, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning our advanced robotic and packaging systems to ensure they perform at their best.If you’re mechanically inclined, love problem-solving, and want to be at the center of building automation systems that impact industries worldwide, this is the opportunity for you.What’s In It for You:Competitive Pay: $80,000 – $100,000Health, Dental, Vision Insurance401(k) with matchPTO + HolidaysEmployee discounts and assistance programWhat You’ll Do:Set up, power up, and configure robotic and automation systemsRun system tests using customer products, identify issues, and adjust programming as neededTroubleshoot both mechanical and electrical components — turn wrenches, adjust pneumatics, and perform alignmentsWork side-by-side with engineers and assemblers to ensure equipment runs smoothlyProvide on-the-floor support to resolve problems quickly and effectivelyDocument testing results and recommend improvementsWriting technical manuals and documentationsWhat We’re Looking For:3–5 years’ experience in automation, manufacturing, or equipment testingAbility to read technical drawings and schematicsHands-on experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens a plus), HMIs, and roboticsComfortable using both tools and technology (hand tools, meters, laptops)Strong troubleshooting skills — mechanical and electricalWillingness to travel occasionally (10–20%)High school diploma or technical degree required; engineering or technical coursework a plusPhysical Demands:Ability to lift up to 50 lbsBalance time between hands-on mechanical work and laptop troubleshootingComfortable wearing PPE and working on the production floor*All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.Who We Are? https://novaautomation.com/NOVA Automation is an industrial automation company that specializes in engineering, manufacturing, and integrating large-scale packaging and palletizing systems. The Service team, based in Denver, CO is responsible for programming, commissioning, upgrading, servicing, and troubleshooting our deployed robotic automation and packaging systems both in-person and remotely.
