Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30 2026)Department: Kresge Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center Chelsea Retirement Community Chelsea MiWhat Youll Do in This Role:At Kresge our staff provides a unique and personal experience to each of our residents while focusing on quality treatment and comfort.Primary Responsibilities:Provide direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients.Work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing or designee while independently applying advanced nursing knowledge and skills.Manage complex clinical situations and ensure high-quality patient care.What Youll Need:Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (LPN).Active State of Michigan LPN License.CPR certification required or willing to obtain upon hire.Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with the frail and elderly.Ability to safely lift push pull and carry up to a minimum of 50 lbs.Tasks involving more than 50 lbs. require assistance or assistive equipment for safe performance.The above is a summary of the position it in no way states or implies that these are the only duties this position will be required to perform.
