Everything you do in your role as a Culinary Assistant should reflect the mission, vision and values of Brookestone Village.Hours:4:00 p.m. - 7:45 p.m.Up to 20 hours per weekEvery other weekend requiredRotating holiday schedule requiredPay Range:$16.00 - $21.0000 per hour, depending on experienceDuties:Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring ingredients.Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment.Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining areaQualifications:Previous experience as a cook or kitchen handler is preferred but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.Excellent time management skills to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner.Ability to lift heavy objects, such as pots and pans, up to 50 pounds.Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures.#hc192646
