Therapist (Pre-Licensed and Licensed) at Paradigm Treatment Centers

Job DescriptionOur mission is to empower individuals and families to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives within a supportive environment for clients and staff.Position Overview:We seek a compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients facing mental health and substance use challenges. The role involves developing personalized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining accurate documentation.Responsibilities:Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans.Facilitate therapy sessions using proven methods.Work with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care.Maintain compliant clinical records.Participate in team meetings to monitor progress.Provide crisis support and psycho-education to clients and families.Ensure ethical and best practice service delivery.Qualifications:Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.Licensed in Idaho (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or completing supervised clinical training.At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with mental health/substance use clients.Strong communication skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatments.Team-oriented, ethical, and motivated to support recovery.Benefits:Competitive salary ($75,000–$85,000).Supervision toward licensure.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.PTO, holidays, and professional development opportunities.Supportive work environment.Job Type: Full-time.
