Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionSupport Adults on Their Recovery Journey Through Compassionate CounselingCompass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team. In this meaningful role, you’ll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll support clients through person-centered, integrated care—helping them build the tools needed to improve daily functioning and enhance overall wellbeing.This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position.This is a great opportunity for someone who:Is passionate about working with adults navigating mental health and substance use concernsWants to make a real impact through one-on-one therapy, crisis intervention, and holistic care planningThrives in a team-based environment and values strong clinical collaborationIs looking to grow in a flexible role that allows for licensure supervision (if applicable)Enjoys a dynamic position that includes direct service and occasional triage/crisis supportValues an organization that supports cultural competence, clinical development, and person-centered careKey ResponsibilitiesProvide individual psychotherapy and support services to adult clientsServe as a team coordinator for referrals, waitlists, and client care (particularly in CSTAR/OUD settings if applicable)Conduct clinical assessments and complete treatment plans in collaboration with persons servedProvide triage services during Open Access hours, when neededDeliver culturally competent services that align with the unique needs of each personMaintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with agency and state regulationsInterface and coordinate care with other internal and external service providers to ensure wraparound supportOffer crisis intervention services during daytime hours per agency protocolParticipate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance activitiesProvide licensure supervision (if applicable)Meet agency-defined productivity standards and customer care expectationsAttend all required training and maintain compliance with funders and accrediting bodiesRequirements, Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseMaster’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology required Provisionally or fully licensed in Missouri:PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSWYou’ll be a great fit if you’re someone who:Builds strong therapeutic relationships with adults facing complex mental health or substance use challengesCommunicates clearly and empathetically with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team membersIs highly organized and can balance direct service with timely, thorough documentationValues evidence-based practices and is committed to continual professional growthBrings flexibility, dependability, and a solution-focused mindset to day-to-day workBelieves in whole-person, recovery-oriented care and thrives in a collaborative treatment environmentIs comfortable navigating crisis situations with calm and professionalismIND2
