Radius rule Yes 60 miles. Are locals accepted Yes on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate Pending License accepted: SC OT or compact state license in hand at time of start RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on managers approval.
