DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYThe Thermal Parts Specialist plays a critical role in supporting national parts sales by handling incoming part inquiries via the national support line managing multiple requests simultaneously and ensuring timely and accurate responses to customers. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide customer support by handling incoming phone calls and inquiries from national customers assisting in the identification and selection of appropriate replacement parts and assemblies.Collaborate with customers to recommend upgrades or change-out solutions identifying opportunities for product enhancements and providing expert guidance.Complete additional tasks assigned to contribute to overall team success and operational efficiency.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or equivalent2 years of working experienceExcellent communication skills both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detailExcellent customer service skillsPREFERREDQUALIFICATIONAssociates degreePrevious experience dealing with partsHVAC experiencePHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDSOffice/ warehouse environmentTIME TRAVEL REQUIRED0-5%The successful candidate will embrace Vertivs Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.OUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety. .
