Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Supervisor in Courtland, AL! As a key member of our team, you will lead and manage a strong multi-discipline team responsible for component manufacturing, disassembly, assembly, and materials stewardship within our Courtland, Alabama facility.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve schedule execution and customer satisfaction.
- Drive day-to-day improvement activities to support customer needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
