Baptist Health System is seeking a board certified/board eligible, Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeon to join our team inSan Antonio, Texas.

The networks highly skilled team of cardiovascular providers includes non-invasive and interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and cardiothoracic surgeons, along with the support of highly trained physician assistants and nurse practitioners.Join Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgical Institute of Texas.

Overview:

• Long-standing healthcare system with supportive leadership

• Robust group of over 250 providers, of which 50+ are cardiovascular focused

• All 3 practice locations are wing in 100 feet of the hospitals
• Support Staff - RN and MA available, AI Scribe, Ops support team :PSR, PM

• Perform OP/IP, admin/meetings and procedures

• EMR:Athena (clinic), Cerner (hospital)

• Must be BC/BE in Cardiothoracic Surgery by ABTS/AOBS

• Welcome experienced CV/CT surgeons with heart and lung experience
• On call rotation required, 40-hour work weeks and weekends required
