Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTier 3- Maintenance TechJob Purpose: The tier 3 maintenance technician will report to the Facility Manager and participate in overseeing & maintaining the Army Residence Portfolio of 195 high rise units & 186 cottages, Health Care Center of residential property space within the ARC Community. The responsibilities include assisting with day to day maintenance & operations of department & staff in order to maintain a quality infrastructure. Qualifications:Valid driver's license with proof of auto insuranceat least 2 yrs experience in hvac, residential and commercial, and has an EPA certification to handle refrigerant.At least 2 yrs experience in minor plumbing and electrical. These are the primary trade skills that are needed.
