JOB DESCRIPTION

Welder

Join our dynamic team as a TIG welder, where you will have the opportunity to work in various departments and engage in diverse tasks. Your primary focus will be TIG welding on stainless steel, particularly around 16 gauge, in dairy and pharmaceutical grade steel. You will utilize fabrication equipment, interpret blueprints, and grind and polish small welds using hand and power tools. Your role also includes cleaning and maintaining your work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Perform TIG welding on thin gauge stainless steel.
  • Interpret and work directly from blueprints.
  • Engage in fabrication tasks such as grinding, polishing, and using brake press as needed.
  • Weld on food and beverage products including cabinet washers, tanks, pressure systems, and tunnel washers.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments.

This is a permanent position based out of Oregon, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $46000.00 - $68000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
