If you have assembly experience and are ready to work in a supportive safety-first environment we want to hear from you!Job DescriptionWhy youll love working here:Be part of a cutting-edge manufacturing teamCompetitive compensation and shift premiumsOpportunities for growth and technical advancementFocus on safety quality and continuous improvementWhat Youll Do:Prepare arrange fit and assemble a variety of materials (stainless nickel alloy Hast-X) and components using tig welding processes and proceduresStrong assessment of weld parameter inputs with the ability to make adjustments during weldingInterpret and execute production using drawings and blueprintsComplete necessary paperwork and computer entries accurately and in a timely manner after completing work ordersPerform precision measurements using tools such as micrometers calipers and CMMs.Collaborate in a team environment focused on lean manufacturing safety and productivity.Take ownership of compliance safety quality and efficiency.Utilize computer programs to enter part data (e.g. serial number) log time and look up work instructionsUtilize work instructions set-up sheets fixtures and method documents to correctly set up parts to be weldedAbility to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to work occasional weekend shifts with or without reasonable accommodationWhat youll bring:Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of an accredited welding program OR 2-5 years of industrial welding experience.Technical Proficiency:Ability to read blueprints perform shop math and use precision measurement equipment. Proficient in TIG (GTAW) welding and able to pass the weld testFlexibility:Willingness to work 2nd shift (2 PM 10:30 PM M-F) and overtime when needed.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear PPE (safety glasses gloves hearing protection etc.). with or without reasonable accommodationPass a background check and drug screenLegal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).Ready to Make an ImpactApply now to become part of a team where precision meets performance.
