Overview Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $40 Hourly Start Date: 11.24.2025 (Freelance) Tik Tok Designer DEPARTMENT: Global CreativeLOCATION: New York City (Hybrid, in-office Mon, Tues & third flex day)REPORTS TO: Executive Director, SocialPERIOD: Ongoing Principal ObjectiveWe are seeking a Social Creative, Motion with a strong passion for beauty and art, as well as extensive experience in creating engaging content for TikTok and Instagram. This dynamic role will support Global Social & Editorial Evergreen programs, focusing primarily on filming, concepting, and editing TikTok content while also assisting the team across other social channels for a leading luxury beauty brand.The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's digital presence, translating luxury brand values into visually interesting and engaging social media content. A deep understanding of current trends and the ability to innovate within the high-end beauty space are essential to this role.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize, film, and edit engaging TikTok videos that align with luxury branding and aesthetic standards.Support the development of compelling content for Instagram and other social platforms.Stay current with emerging TikTok trends and creatively adapt them for a high-end, sophisticated audience.Collaborate closely with the Global Social & Editorial teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified brand aesthetic across all channels.Assist with the full production lifecycle of assets, from initial concept to final release, with a strong focus on TikTok deliverables.QualificationsStrong professional background in design, motion graphics, and video editing.Proficiency in all Adobe programs, specifically:Premier ProAfter EffectsPhotoshopProficient in Keynote & Figma for deck and presentation development.Exceptional editorial eye with a keen and demonstrated understanding of luxury branding and visual quality.Proven ability to translate digital trends into visually compelling, elevated content.Innovative and willing to experiment with new concepts and approaches to drive engagement.A dedicated problem-solver and collaborative team player, bringing a solutions-first approach to all work.Thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of overseeing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.Experience using Wrike or other project management tools to develop project plans, assign tasks, and report on program status.3D / CGI program knowledge is a plus.
