DescriptionAbout the TeamThe global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.About the Role:As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will directly manage a group of top creators enrolled in our TikTok Shop Creator Program. You will play a key part in the success and growth of creators on TikTok Shop by supporting platform best practices, content strategy, content merchandising, brand/merchant engagements, and platform initiatives. Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with TikTok Shop content creators- Assist creators in developing their e-commerce content strategy and audience growth plans- Analyze data and provide insights to creators to help them optimize their content, and improve sales performance- Facilitate collaborations between creators and merchants- Provide support and troubleshooting for technical issues that creators may encounter- Collaborate with other teams at TikTok to give creators access to resources, tools, and opportunitiesQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, influencer/creator management, or a related field- Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, content creators and audiencePreferred Qualifications:- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills- Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience analyzing data and providing insights to others- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Experience in content-driven ecommerce is highly preferred- Experience with content creation, video production and editing may be beneficialEmployment Type: Regular
