Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the PositionWe are looking for a dependable and motivated Tire Repair Technician with basic general automotive maintenance experience to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable with hands-on work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform tire repairs, patches, replacements, and rotationsConduct basic maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements and greasing equipmentInspect vehicles for safety concerns or maintenance needsKeep work areas clean, organized, and safeCommunicate clearly with supervisors and team members about vehicle issuesMaintain accurate logs of services performedAssist with additional shop tasks as neededMinimum RequirementsExperience with tire mounting, tire patchingBasic automotive maintenance knowledge (oil changes, brakes check, belts, fluids, etc.)Ability to lift up to 50lbs and handle physical laborValid driver's license with a clean driving recordReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyStrong attention to detail and safety proceduresPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in a tire shop, auto shop, or fleet maintenance environmentAbility to identify mechanical concernsExperience with light mechanical work (oil changes, greasing, belts)What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceWeekly payOvertime opportunitiesCareer growth and training opportunitiesSupportive team environmentSteady, year-round workScheduleMonday–Friday plus occasional weekends (as needed)Day shift with consistent hours
