Key ResponsibilitiesPerform tire repairs, replacements, and general tire and wheel service onsiteProvide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service to internal and external customersComplete mounting, dismounting, balancing, replacing, and repairing of truck tiresOperate hydraulic jacks, air tools, and heavy hand tools safely and effectivelyQuote product and service pricing to customers when neededMaintain a clean, organized service departmentPrioritize shifting tasks according to customer needsReport unsafe actions, issues, or unusual situations to the Service ManagerAdhere to all safety procedures and use required safety equipment (gloves, glasses, wheel chocks) Required Skills & ExperienceAt least 1 year of general labor work experience (tire experience not required)Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools and heavy equipmentPhysical ability for heavy lifting and physically demanding tasksGood basic math skillsWillingness to get hands dirty and work in a hands-on environmentAbility to follow instructions and work safelyDedicated to customer satisfaction and reliable communicationMaturity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic Drive Your Career ForwardIf you're ready to join a stable, reputable company where your mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic can grow into a long-term career, this opportunity is for you.
