Job Summary: We are looking for aTitle Clerk to join our team! The right candidate will have automotive experience and a strong background in customer service. The day-to-day duties of this role include preparing title work for sold vehicles processing payoffs and ensuring that tax and title documents are completed. Additionally vehicle title clerks may check for accuracy of vehicle sale and purchase pricesMaintain a file of sales prices payments warranties service contracts and other pertinent information related to the sale or transfer of a vehicleMaintain titles and MSOs for inventoryPrepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMVEnter used vehicle purchases into inventoryQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentAutomotive experience preferredHighly organized and eagerness to improveWillingness to take initiativeComputer literacy quality writing and grammar skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks easilyAbility to provide quality customer serviceWork with all levels of employeeClean driving record and valid drivers licenseAbout Us: Kenny Kent Toyota Lexus is committed to serving the communities in southern Indiana northern Kentucky and southeastern Illinois.
