Join a team that will help match your skills with the rewarding purpose of helping children become their best selves.Our Toddler Classrooms serve ages 2-3 (3 teachers 16 children).How are we different?Consistent weekly hours without being cut when ratios change.Stable classrooms. We do NOT shuffle children or combine rooms to maximize ratios.Supporting teachers is Admin's #1 job.Assistant Teachers (little or no experience in licensed childcare) start at $18.00/hr.Teachers (6 months or more direct experience) earn $19.00/hr.Senior Teachers (2 years direct experience) earn $20.50/hr.HealthcareDiverse and inclusive team and families.The position is full-time and the schedule may be midshift (8:00 - 5:00), or closing (9:15-6:15).Job responsibilities include:Provide social/emotional, physical, cognitive support for a class of up to 16 students.Ensure the health and safety of the children in your careFollow all State licensing guidelinesMaintain a clean classroom with prompt attention to child needsBe able to lift and carry childrenComplete daily care sheetsAssist with curriculum deliveryWork cooperatively and respectfully with all team membersIf you feel like you are up for the very rewarding challenge and can see yourself in an atmosphere of supportive continual growth, we invite you to apply.
