In this exciting role, you will nurture and inspire young minds, creating a safe and engaging learning environment for children aged 1-3 years.Responsibilities:Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.Monitor and assess children's development and progress.Communicate regularly with parents about their child's growth and milestones.Ensure safety and cleanliness of the classroom and play areas.Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.Encourage social interaction and emotional development among toddlers.Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Requirements:Minimum Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting.Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passionate about nurturing and educating young children.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Creativity and enthusiasm for engaging young learners.About Us:The Goddard School of Simpsonville at Harrison Bridge will be opening this Fall and will be providing high-quality early childhood education.
