Togo Food Truck Manager at Saltwater Cowboys

Late Summer of 2025, Saltwater Cowboys expanded, introducing it's brand new To-go "Wagon" Food Truck that sits at the front of the parking lot on Shem Creek. 

After months of being open and providing the best seafood and BBQ in town, the "Wagon" is ready to take the next step in the process of vamping up the team! 

We are looking for a top-notch leader to serve as the Food Truck Manager. 

You must have food truck experience, a food and beverage background and leadership experience/capabilities. 

The team is a close-knit family and we need you to come in and abide by our core values as you lead the established team who has been at the truck since it opened. Besides leading the team, you will be responsible for providing excellence customer service to walk-up guests, online orders, as well as the delivery orders from Uber Eats, Grub Hub and Door dash. 

You will prep and cook all food for the "Wagon," as well as help out when needed with ordering. 

You will uphold DHEC standards and make sure the truck stays clean and ready for inspection. 

We need someone with initiative who will take charge of any situation/issue thrown at them. 

This position is a well-paid hourly position with full-time hours, a bonus program, as well as incentives like free parking, medical insurance offered, earned PTO and more!
