DirectHireTotal Rewards Manager Direct hireOur client located in central Marin County is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to join their collaborative human resources team. This new key role oversees the development and execution of comprehensive total rewards strategies ensuring alignment with organizational goals regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Working closely with leadership you will enhance the employee experience through competitive compensation benefits and recognition programs.Total Rewards Manager responsibilities includeDevelop implement and maintain competitive compensation structures salary bands and incentive programs; Partner with Talent Acquisition to design competitive compensation offers and retention strategiesOversee administration of enterprise-wide benefits programs including health and welfare retirement pension leaves of absence and workers compensation.Lead annual salary planning and merit increase processes; salary benchmarking and market analysisImplement benefits policies and programs; develop/implement changes in policies and procedures; periodic analysis of program effectiveness recommend improvements.Leave of Absence (LOA) administrationTotal Rewards Manager requirements5 years of experience in total rewards compensation and benefits administrationStrong knowledge of healthcare industry-specific compensation trendsBachelors degree in Human Resources preferred Masters degree is highly desirable.Compensation analysis software proficiency; strong analytical skills to interpret and make data-driven recommendationsWorkday HRIS MS Office Suite experienceComprehensive benefit programs knowledge and administrationStrong project management skills; simultaneously lead multiple initiativesKnowledge of Payroll processes related to benefits administrationAnnual compensation range is $137 200k competitive benefits package offeredRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Restaurant Experience,Customer Service,Employee Evaluation,Management Experience,Math,Employment & Labor Law,Sanitation,Leadership Experience,P&L Management,Mentoring,Supervising Experience,Restaurant Management Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 137 - 200
