Job Title: Tour Guide Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company Duration: 2 Years (possible extension) Location: Moline IL 61265 Shift: Monday 1:00 PM 5:00 PM Tuesday Saturday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Closed Sundays Hours: Approx. 30 hours/week Must be available on Saturdays Summary This role provides guided tours and guest support across multiple client attractions ensuring all visitors receive an exceptional experience. Responsibilities include visitor engagement facility operations education programming and support for special events. Primary Responsibilities Deliver guided tours and provide visitor information about company history global operations equipment and services Perform facility opening and closing procedures Manage front desk operations guest check-ins and phone inquiries Handle tour reservations and greet guests/tour groups Provide short introductions and overviews for self-guided tours Prepare exhibits and support daily operational needs Present educational programs for Pre-K to high school students Support special events including setup and teardown Serve as an ambassador for community attractions and local businesses Participate in ongoing training and development Job Requirements Friendly outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a visitor-focused environment Strong attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills High level of customer service and professionalism Basic computer skills preferred Previous museum or visitor services experience is a plus Must be able to work onsite and be available Monday Saturday #ZR Key Skills Attorney At Law,Banking Operations,Basic,Drafting,Jewellery,Air Compressors Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
