Learn more at.What Youll Do:The CISO organization at CoreWeave is responsible for executing and delivering security trust and assurance across our products platforms and operations. Within this organization the Security Trust & Assurance team is building leading Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) programs including third party risk management (TPRM).As a TPRM Technical Program Manager you will work with cross-functional teams including engineering procurement IT and operations to build leading TPRM programs across all phases of the vendor lifecycle. This is a hands-on and operational role that will directly contribute to CoreWeaves security and privacy objectives.If you are passionate about cloud technologies thrive in complex technical environments and excel at orchestrating large-scale programs we want to hear from you!About the role:In this role you will:Contribute to the the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) strategy and roadmap ensuring alignment with CoreWeaves overall security privacy and business objectivesOversee & execute third party security risk assessments including analysis of appropriate security controls contract requirements and compliance documentationDefine TPRM methodologies and operational workflowsDrive cross-functional consensus among stakeholders to standardize TPRM processes and controls across the entire vendor lifecycleAct as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for technical TPRM risks effectively communicating complex concepts and remediation strategies to technical and executive audiencesDevelop implement and automate technical risk assessment methodologies focusing on high-risk domains such as cloud security data processing/privacy and secure SDLCTailor communications to a diverse audience and remain adaptable to a wide range of personalities and technical depthInvesting in our people is one of our top priorities and we value candidates who can bring their diversified experiences to our teams. Wed love to talk about whether this aligns with your experience and interests and what youre excited to work on next.Who You Are:Minimum Qualifications4 years of hands-on experience in Third Party Risk Management including demonstrable experience building or maturing a TPRM program in a fast-paced high-growth or cloud-native environmentA Bachelors degree in Information Security Computer Science or a related field or equivalent job experienceAdept understanding of procurement and vendor lifecycle managementAdept understanding of security concepts including relevant certifications (ex. CISSP Security)Familiarity with industry-standard control frameworks and regulations (e.g. SOC 2 ISO 27001 NIST CSF PCI DSS GDPR CCPA)Strong project and program management skills including planning scheduling risk identification and resource allocationDemonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders including Engineering Procurement Legal and external vendor teamsExceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical risks and program status clearly to both technical engineers and executive leadershipAdditional QualificationsExperience working with CSPs/HyperscalersCloud security certifications (e.g. CCSK AWS/Azure Security)Experience integrating TPRM with CI/CD pipelines or DevSecOps practices for vendorsExpertise in data flow mapping and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA/PIA) within the vendor contextWhy CoreWeaveAt CoreWeave we work hard have fun and move fast! The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location.
