About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Trade and Supply Chain Operations Lead with the Trade & Receivables Finance Operations group.In this role, you will:Leads and monitors control routines (complaints/redress, escalations, issue management) and drives root-cause remediation to prevent repeat customer and regulatory impacts. Provides independent subject matter expertise oversight across Trade & Receivables Finance Ops to improve decisioning, throughput, and ensure adherence to established procedures. Required to lead Regulatory interaction, strengthen key controls, and manage reconciliation breaks to reducing errors, losses, and rework.Mitigate risk to the bank and the customer to ensure customer satisfaction by collaborating across the organization to implement best practices globallyLead review of complex processes that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, leading to operational improvementsProvide recommendations on existing policies, practices, and proceduresImplement complex efforts including documentation, governing rules, internal policies, and credit risk implicationsMake decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring understanding of rules and regulations, governing trade and supply chain productsStrategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Trade Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience with supply chain finance: including inventory finance, channel finance or import / exportExperience with reviewing business procedures to assess risk and controls.Experience with data gathering and consolidation to create reportingAbility to manage multiple small to medium sized projects simultaneouslyKnowledge and understanding of project management process: creation of business cases, project initiation, development of business requirements, and identification of project milestonesAbility to drive towards execution of project initiativesAbility to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization from front line staff to Executive Committee.Job Expectations:Ability to work hybrid schedule of 3 days in office, 2 days remoteAbility to work on-site at one of the posted locationsLeads and monitors control routines (complaints/redress, escalations, issue management) and drives root-cause remediation to prevent repeat customer and regulatory impacts. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
