Trade Compliance Analyst
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and international trade, is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to join their team. As a Trade Compliance Analyst, you will be part of the Legal / Trade Compliance department supporting Legal, Trade Compliance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Jacksonville, FL - Westside
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
What's the Job?
- Support the administration of the company's trade compliance program.
- Review, track, and maintain supplier certifications, compliance questionnaires, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with supplier due diligence related to FEOC requirements and federal incentive programs.
- Maintain supplier compliance records related to FEOC, supply chain traceability, and country-of-origin requirements.
- Support supplier verification efforts related to trade restrictions such as Section 232, Section 301, and AD/CVD.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Legal Studies, Political Science, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in trade compliance, customs compliance, import/export operations, or related fields.
- Familiarity with U.S. Customs and Border Protection requirements preferred.
- Knowledge of Section 232, Section 301, AD/CVD, FEOC requirements, and supply chain traceability.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
