Trades I HVAC at Westgate Resorts

As a Trades I - HVAC you will:Perform HVAC-related tasks including installation repair preventive maintenance and support for other trades as assigned by resort management.Complete daily work orders guest calls blitzes and special projects efficiently and on time.Install maintain and replace HVAC components such as condensers thermostats fan motors and split systems.Use and interpret technical documents including O&M manuals and technical data to ensure proper equipment handling.Operate resort systems like HotSOS and maintain effective communication via radio phone email and in person.Follow safety guidelines use appropriate tools and equipment and identify/report safety hazards promptly.Participate in procurement and inventory to ensure materials tools and parts are available when needed.Represent the resort professionally by following policies maintaining a clean appearance and providing excellent guest service.Qualifications : Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in trades and maintenance within a resort or commercial environment.Technical certification or HVAC license preferred.Strong communication skills required to excel in interactions with guests and colleagues.Ability to be versatile work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Drivers License to drive company golf carts.Westgate Resorts is a smoke and tobacco-free workplace.
