Traffic Coordinator at Bass Pro Shops

POSITION SUMMARY:The Traffic Coordinator is the direct link between our creative team and our merchandising and marketing departments. This position establishes and maintains communication with all internal departments involved to ensure projects meet expectations and deadlines. Our Traffic Coordinators monitor all stages of the process for digital projects signage flyers ads catalogs and a variety of other projects.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Inputs new project files in the workflow management database.Reviews merchant/requester provided information for completeness and accuracy.Coordinates revised information into workflow cycle upon receipt to production photography samples design and copywriters.Provides print specifications and deadlines.Coordinates proofsOversees established procedures are followed. Communicate essential information to all appropriate individuals.Serves as a back up to other traffickersALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNEDEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Degree Required: Bachelors degree in business project management or another related field.Preferred Experience: 2 years of comparable experience in a high volume art production environment or other project management experience.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITY: Excellent organizational skillsExceptional attention to detailGreat interpersonal communication and ability to work well with othersFlexibility and ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environmentProficient in Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of a creative departmentAbility to work some nights and weekendsKnowledge of Workfront a plusPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Regularly performs computer work and sitsOccasionally walks and standsSeldom/never lifts up to 50lbs.INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:Performs tasks and duties under general supervision using established procedures and innovation.
