Overview Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $40-50 Hourly Start Date: 11.10.2025 The Traffic Manager acts as primary point of contact for the Brand Managers for Global Creative and Delivery. This role is the central intake point for creative needs within a cross section of functions across the organization. Having responsibility for a selection of creative initiatives, the Assistant Traffic Manager manages a set of resources, priorities and schedules to meet the business needs. The Assistant Traffic Manager is responsibly to coordinate all production activities to ensure on time delivery of projects across channels, business functions, both VO and Interval. Responsibilities:Opens projects in workflow system and makes connections across projectsCreates and manages project schedules based on business prioritiesAssigns resources to each project and ensures workflow is managedSurfaces opportunities and suggests solutions to Director, TrafficIdentifies gaps in resources and provides solutionsReallocates work as necessary based on team or individual prioritiesFacilitates daily stand-up meetings and modifies projects as necessaryDocuments status and project details in project management systemProactively identifies project risks in advance and elevates to leadership as appropriateOrchestrates within the team to ensure successful completion on time and within budgetProactively communicates with the team and individuals to keep projects on trackCommunicates status reports regularly with Brand ManagersReprioritizes work and updates schedules as the business requiresWorks across regions and time zonesDemonstrates thoughtful solutions in consideration of broader company goalsSuggests process improvements & optimizations where necessaryMaintains service level standardsHolds team accountable to following documented processesAssists in on-boarding new associates to train on process and toolsFosters positive and productive team environmentRequirements:Minimum 5 years experience in project management, preferably at least 3 in a Creative, Marketing, Advertising Traffic environmentExperience using project or work management tools i.e. Workfront, Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.Experience managing othersExtensive understanding of the creative and production processes across channelsRelevant 4-year degree from an accredited college or university encouraged but can be substituted for relevant experienceAbility to hold team members accountable and responsible to deliver on stated objectivesThe ability to influence and collaborate toward a common goalKnown as a great partner and problem solverCan manage high volume of work with strong organizational skillsStrong follow up and skills with proven track record to deliver on expectationsDetail-orientedProcess-oriented; able to define and refine processesAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExcels in a team environmentAbout Aquent Talent:Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world's biggest brands.Our eligible talent get access to amazing benefits like subsidized health, vision, and dental plans, paid sick leave, and retirement plans with a match.
