Learn more atPavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Trainer Field Operations to join our shared services team.Primary Responsibilities:Training CoordinationMaintain an active schedule/calendar of available trainingCommunication/promote vendor led training to field teamCoordinate ad-hoc training request with vendorsCoordinate training logistics for new product/service rollouts in partnership with the Product TeamSupport the planning and rollout of apprenticeship programs in high-demand markets or where requiredTraining Delivery and FacilitationDevelop internal training content using video PowerPoint and other formats specific to Pavions products services and processesFacilitate train-the-trainer sessions to scale across regions and teamsDeliver both live and on-demand training tailored to technician roles and customer needsSupport onboarding and field-readiness programs for new hires and apprenticesEnsure training delivery supports compliance certification renewal and annual training hour goalsAdapt delivery methods based on learning style job function and regional needs (e.g. remote in-person hybrid)Coordinate with Product and Ops teams to deliver training tied to new product launches or service changesTraining Catalogue Develop training catalogue through 3rd party providersDetermine best fit for Pavions technical and compliance needs (PSA ESA C-Moore or Precipio)Manage CEU requirements by state where neededPartner with Ops team to create learning tracks based on technician roles and development goalsEnsure training options to support Pavions 40-hour annual training targetRegularly review and update the catalogue to reflect certification changes and new product offeringsTraining DatabaseMaintain a database of skills and certifications by employeeSet up reminders for renewal of certifications or skills with expiration datesCreate mechanisms to extract and display skill/certification coverage by region/state for RFP responses customer requirements and other business needsWork with CRM administrator to update skills and certifications in Dynamics as they are earnedTrack and report on technician progress toward the 40-hour annual training goalUse training data to support workforce planning deployment and compliance readinessMaintain records for apprenticeship programs where applicableProgramsLead training-related projects and programs as assignedManage and promote the Tech Sales Lead Program including field engagement and performance trackingDesign and support apprenticeship programs in key markets based on workforce demand or local requirementCreate and maintain customer-specific training playbooks and protocols in collaboration with Ops and Product teamsSupport training program integration for new product and service rolloutsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align training programs with company goals and customer expectationsContinuously evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on field feedback and performance dataBasic Qualifications:High school diploma3 years in training delivery and coordinationValid drivers license and acceptable driving recordProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Access Word PowerPoint Outlook)Strategic thinker experience problem solving and driving resultsAble to redirect and pivot based on changes in projects and tasks assignedAble to multi-task and work under tight deadlinesAble to work in high pressure environmentsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAble to travel as needed up to 20% of timeAble to coordinate multiple strategic projects and initiatives Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business management personnel management project management or relatedAdvances or Enterprise technical certifications on platforms and systems sold by PavionDisclaimer:This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
