$20/hr on 1099 Hybrid Nahsville TN Key Responsibilities Deliver Pre-Service Training for new DCS employees including: Child welfare fundamentals Program-specific topics (CPS Foster Care Juvenile Justice) Trauma-informed case management DCS Practice Model & Practice Wheel (Engagement Teaming Assessment Planning Implementation Tracking & Adjusting) Self-care and Motivational Interviewing Facilitate Mentor Certification Programs Proctor Pre-Service assessments and support evaluation activities Participate in Case Panel Presentations Support Simulation Lab activities (location dependent) Provide web-based technical assistance for virtual training Conduct trainings via Microsoft Teams and other digital platforms Collaborate with training teams and leadership to ensure high-quality consistent training delivery Travel required within a 75-mile radius (no overnight travel) Minimum Qualifications 1 year of direct child welfare field experience (case management investigations foster care juvenile justice) 1 year of training delivery adult education or staff development experience Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and virtual training tools Strong communication facilitation and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a collaborative fast-paced environment Bachelors degree Key Skills JAVA/J2EE,Apparel Merchandising,Community Services,Claims Investigation,Logistics Coordination Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
