DescriptionTrainerReporting to the Training Supervisor the Traineris responsible fordevelopmentand deliveryofremote and on-sitetraining Trainer has an intricate role in the organization as the Trainer is relied upon to beaSubject Matter Expert on all levelsoftheprocess. This innovative thinker will work closely with theTrainingteam to develop document implement andmaintaincomprehensive training and quality assurance plans. These comprehensive plans will focus on continuous quality improvement by setting goals for meeting service level requirements improving customer service and increasing staff productivity and accuracy.ResponsibilitiesDeliveringremoteandin-persontrainingswitha high levelof energy and enthusiasm.Developingandmaintainingtraining material and processing guides for staff.Maintaining and updating operational manuals and training materials with all system enhancements as they occur communicating and training any upgrades with all affected partiesin a timely manner.Working closely with the managers and supervisors on refreshertrainingsfor staff that are not meeting QA expectations.Monitoringrecordingand reporting training functions including the tracking and reporting of training class information on the performance of trainees training classprogressand projects.Developing and conducting operational and remedial training classes including pre-testing and post-testing classroom work evaluations and management feedback process.Ensuring course content testing evaluations and styles of trainingconformto accepted standards of instructional design and contract compliance.Providingquality and timely deliverables.Serving as SME (Subject Matter Expert) across all functional areas.Facilitating meetings and acting as a liaison with the Client and other Business partners toidentifyand resolve issues and barriers within the Process Policies and Procedures.MaintainingPolicy Procedure Guides and Manuals andevaluating theireffectiveness asdemonstratedthrough staff performance.RequirementsHold a bachelorsdegree.Have experience with Remote and In-Person training in a corporate setting.Show experience with designdevelopmentand delivery oftraining programs including training needs analysis trainingevaluationand instructor evaluation.Able to deliver information in a group setting both orally and written.Have experience with online learning management system software and/or on-line training programs.Demonstrate strong verbal and writtencommunicationsskills strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.Strong analyticalempathyand problem-solving skills.Show flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced changing operational environment.Exhibit proficiencywith Microsoft Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).Be able to devote the timerequiredto meetthe businessneeds andon-goingoperations.PreferredHave experience in public sector or Government sector with healthcareMedicaidand/or CHIP.Flexible WorkingAt Conduent we want you to be yourself.
