This role collaborates closely with operational leaders to deliver and document standardized training programs. The Training Coordinator also conducts Train-the-Trainer sessions to ensure consistency and accuracy in the training process across all levels.Key ResponsibilitiesOversight:Provide direct oversight for and guidance to Training Leads and Associates to ensure successful execution of training responsibilities.Act as the primary point of contact for training personnel and operational leadership.Training & Delivery:Collaborate with operational leaders to identify document and implement training requirements.Roll out standardized training programs for both training personnel and associates.Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to ensure uniformity in training delivery.Quality Assurance & Evaluation:Regularly document and audit training sessions to ensure compliance with company standards.Work with operational leaders to observe training and recommend improvements.Role ExpectationsDemonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.Ensure training aligns with company goals and operational needs.Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Saddle Creek is an Equal Opportunity employer and an Affirmative Action employer as required by law.
