The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Position Type Full-Time/Regular The User Operations Administrator will support the day-to-day management of users within the Huron Grants Management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of user management systems, providing technical support, and resolving user-related issues. Responsibilities will include the management of user related accounts within the application, roles and responsibilities, onboarding and exiting of users, connectivity to active directory, documentation of key policies and procedures. This role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The User Operations Administrator will serve as a liaison to the IS&T group for user management systems that fall outside of tier 1 and tier 2 application support. The User Operations Administrator will also serve as a liaison to the greater university research community, providing clear and concise training and technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving user related issues within the Huron Grants Management system.
