Are you passionate about driving AWSs growth by designing and delivering strategic skills transformation solutions for our enterprise customersAs the Training Solutions eXperience (TSX) Sr. Manager youll operate at the critical intersection of program management technology and change management. TSX is a new organization that will elevate the voice of the customer and deliver more differentiated learning solutions to meet the needs of a diverse set of customers and partners. This pivotal role involves partnering with AWS Training & Certification (T&C) field teams to architect scalable transformation solutions for our customers. Key job responsibilitiesDiving deep into customer segment needs and goals to develop targeted enablement strategiesCollaborating with field sales teams to understand and address customer challengesLeading consultative teams that drive cloud adoption and innovation across global customersThrough close partnership with Strategy and Operations teams designing both customized and standardized solutions that accelerate our customers cultural and technological transformation. Taking ownership of all programmatic activities for customer engagements including planning reporting and risk mitigationCrafting monthly and quarterly business reviews to AWS leadership to surface key business insightsA day in the lifeIn this role youll be instrumental in helping organizations navigate their cloud journey by developing and implementing comprehensive training and enablement solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.About the teamAWS Global Services AWS Global Services includes experts from across AWS who help our customers design build operate and secure their cloud environments. The base pay for this position ranges from $174300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $288200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
