Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: DOE $16+The Center Support Teacher plays a vital role in maintaining smooth and consistent operations throughout the center. This position provides classroom support wherever needed each day, ensuring high-quality care, supervision, and engagement for children across all age groups.The Center Support/Breaker/Floater Teacher works in alignment with the mission, goals, and curriculum standards of Building Kidz Preschool. Key responsibilities include:Assisting teachers with daily classroom activities and routinesConducting focused observations and documenting childrens developmental progressSupporting and implementing curriculum-based lessons and enrichment activitiesHelping evaluate and improve the effectiveness of child development experiencesEnsuring the safety, supervision, and well-being of all childrenMaintaining positive, professional, and consistent communication with familiesContributing to a clean, organized, and efficient learning environmentCollaborating with the center team to promote a supportive and nurturing atmosphereThis role is essential to the overall success of the center, providing flexibility and continuity to ensure each classroom operates at its highest potential every day.REQUIREMENTS:1-2 year experience9am-6pm Monday-FridayMeets experience criteria required by the stateMINIMUM of 6 months experience in a licenced childcare center.Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentCPRand First Aid Certification or willingness to obtainFood Handlers CardMeets education criteria required by the state24 units of ECE or CDA preferred
