This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions with a team known for its depth of experience, client-focused approach, and collaborative culture. Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing4–5 years of substantive experience with real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projectsExpertise in real estate financing including debt or equity structuring requiredStrong drafting, negotiation, and communication skillsElevated attention to detail, with proven ability to manage complex transactions from start to finishConfident in managing client relationships and providing strategic, business-oriented legal counselDemonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projectsProvide legal guidance on real estate financing, including debt and equity structuringDraft, review, and negotiate sophisticated real estate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing documentsConduct legal due diligence, including title and survey review, and manage closing processesCollaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic, practical legal adviceCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactionsSupport partners and senior attorneys on complex real estate matters involving commercial and institutional clients Why Join Us?This is a rare opportunity to join one of the nation’s most respected real estate practices—recognized for handling some of the most complex, high-profile transactions in the industry.
