The UMB Registered Fund team which manages the daily accounting tax audit administration and operational tasks for mutual fund and collective trust clients.As the Transfer Agency Operations Rep I you will be responsible for all data entry processing for incoming shareholder will setup new accounts process transactionsandvariousaccountmaintenance items.How you will spend your time: Opens and scans in mail: checks apps shareholders transactions paperworkCheck depositsFiling daily mail after scanningReturn mailUpdating address within the systemWill be eventually more project driven tasks (new processing system)Role can evolve into more processing (based on outlook of role)Were excited to talk with you if: You have a High School Diploma or equivalentYou have at least 6 months transaction processing office or customer service experience.Compensation Range:$32640.00 - $62640.00The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMBs standard for this role but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location experience level and other job-related addition this range does not encompass the full earning potential for this role.
