$1500 Sign on Bonus in State and $2500 Sign on Bonus Out of State.Safety Bonus EligibleCompetitive PayBenefitsThe Heavy Haul Driver will safely operate a commercial industrial carrier or tractor trailer combination with a GVWR rating in excess of 33000 lbs. must have 2 years experience ofheavy hauling/commercial driving experience.Essential Duties:Report each scheduled day on-time ready and able to work well-groomed and in uniform.Work with our Dispatch teamHeavy equipment haulingLowboy and Land AllLoad/unload cargo damage freePerform vehicle inspection sheet daily identifying any mechanical issues.Comply with Company and DOT regulations regarding the safe operation of the truck.Tracking E logsInspect all supplied tools such as chains straps and cables to ensure equipment is in a good and safe condition.Report any issue that restricts the ability to complete the dispatch in a timely manner.Ability to drive and perform duties via interstate for towing recovery and/or transport.Other duties as assigned.Competencies and AbilitiesSafety is our number one priority.Strong customer service skills professional demeanorMust be able to speak write and communicate in EnglishCDL Class A - Heavy HaulAbility to communicate calmly and effectivelyBasic technology skills. Ability to use GPS company-issued software mobile deviceTime management skillsBasic mechanical skills and ability to use toolsAttention to detail and accuracy when documenting work hours and informationQualifications Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentValid Class A drivers license with at least two (2) years of heavy hauling/commercial driving experienceMust be at least 22 Years of agePhysical RequirementsJob requires lifting crawling pulling constant use of hands significant bending and reaching climbing. Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts working outdoors in the environment can be exposed to the weather.
