Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTRANSFERS/HOLDS ASSOCIATE JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full Time Hourly Non-Exempt JOB OVERVIEW: MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Transfers Team serves our customers who pick up merchandise from warehouses outside their home location. This position reports to the Transfers or Removal Team Lead. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Transfer product in and out using scanner and proprietary softwarePull product off the shelvesPut product on the appropriate place on the shelvesMove pallet jacks and other items to maintain safe and efficient warehouse flowKeep area cleanOther tasks as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS: Must be available to work onsite Monday – Friday for 8 hours with a half-hour lunch break, hours to be determined by workload and General Manager Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team liftMust be able to follow written directions and company policiesMust be tech-savvyMust be highly organizedMust be detail-orientedMust have a High School Diploma or equivalentMust be customer-focusedBENEFITS: Healthcare after 60 days of employmentWeekly paychecksEmployee credit each week to bid on our items after 60 days of employment401(k) with employer match after 90 days of employmentEmployee Referral Program5 days PTO after 90 days of employmentMAC.BID is an equal-opportunity workplace.
