This is a multi-year journey driven by bold cross-functional initiatives spanning product technology operations delivery and sales. Our mandate is to simplify the operating model accelerate technology adoption and mobilize the entire organization around our strategic goals.The Transformation Director is a strategist and an operator responsible for structuring complex problems designing enterprise-wide programs and driving execution. This leader collaborates deeply across the organization converts transformation strategy into structured workplans and provides objective assessments to guide decision-making.WHAT YOULL DO:Break down unclear business problems into structured actionable workplansDesign and execute initiatives that span multiple departments and solve root-cause issues ensuring alignment clear ownership and outcomes across the organizationCreate clear simple materials that help executives and clients understand progressOffer objective views on how the organization is performing where we can improve and the actionable steps needed to realize the opportunitiesFind opportunities to simplify processes and make the operating model easier to runHelp teams adopt new technology by guiding the full end-to-end rollout and influencing the behavioral changes requiredEstablish and implement standards for ways of working delivering and serving clients with quality speed and empathyTranslate technical changes into clear easy-to-use documentation for frontline teamsLead practical training sessions to help teams learn new processesConduct root-cause analysis on risk incidents and assess long-term control effectivenessWHAT YOULL NEED8 years experience in consulting technology payments insurance hospitality or similarly complex environmentsBachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience in liu of advanced education.)Distinctive problem solving skills that can be deployed across a range of topics and departmentsExperience leading cross-functional initiatives; people management experience a plusAbility to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong verbal and written communication skills including executive-level storytellingExperience convening diverse groups to drive integrated solutionsFamiliarity with Risk and Compliance functions (preferred)Experience driving adoption of new technologies to maximize user valueWHATS IN IT FOR YOUZinnia offers excellent career progression and competitive compensation. The expected salary range for this position is $200000 - $230000 dependent on skills and location. The salary range is a good faith estimate based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair equitable pay by offering competitive salaries that align with the individuals skills education experience training and geographic location and may be above or below the stated amounts.
